Visitation Academy, Paramus NJ, is located in Bergen County. Many businesses and hospitals are within close proximity to our school offering working parents, a safe, educational, faith filled environment for their Preschool children.
Visitation Academy teachers are N.J. State Certified with degrees in education. Our teachers bring significant expertise and experience to the class.
Our teaching assistants are fully trained in classroom procedures, lessons and activities, and teaching methods. All bring professionalism and life experience to our learning environment.
Our faculty is required to attend Professional Development workshops throughout the year for continuing education programs in a variety of areas, including child development, health and safety and classroom management.
Visitation Academy offers half day and full day options to accomodate all families!
Our Early Childhood floor houses PreK3, PreK4 and Kindergarten. The ECC enjoys a "Break Out" Room where students can read library books, enjoy the balancing beams, obstacle courses and various activities which enhance gross motor skills. Curriculum is heightened as students use our "Technology" Room which includes a Promethean Board and IPads.

- Before and After Care Programs
PreK3 - Children must be 3 by October 1st. We offer a transitional program for children who turn 3 after October 1st. These students must repeat the 3 year old program the following school year. All children MUST be able to use the bathroom on their own.
- Three or Five Half Day Programs 8:15am-12pm
- Three or Five Full Day Program 8:15am-2:45pm

PreK4 - Children must be 4 by October 1st.
- PreK4 program begins at 8:15am.
- Dismissal is at 2:45pm so the children can be picked up before the other grades are dismissed at 3:00pm.
