All tuition payments must be set up for automatic deductions from checking account or credit card. Any accounts more than 2 months past due will result in suspension of educational services. Tuition paid in full by August 2, 2020 will receive a 5% discount.
In order to receive the parishioner tuition rate you must provide the school with a signed letter from the Roman Catholic Church Pastor that you are registered in, if we do not have one on file for you already.
B. Registration fee ($350.00 full time students. Part Time ECC students $200) and technology fee ($75.00 per student) for the 2020-21 school year will be automatically added to your SMART TUITION account . You MUST go through Smart Tuition for this payment. Check or Credit cards will NOT be accepted through the school office.
C. You are responsible for a $450.00 Home School Association Fundraising Fee and a $25.00 Gala fee which will be explained via letter prior to the 2020-21 school year. Click here for addtional information on fundraising and our HSA.
D. All tuition must be paid through automatic deduction on the SMART TUITION program. Fees and late fees are posted on their website. In accordance with Archdiocesan policy, an interruption in services will occur for students with tuition 2 months or more past due. All Smart Tuition accounts must be set up for automatic debit/credit collection.
