May 4, 2020

Dear Parents,
We will remain closed for this school year.  Graduation information for grade 8 and Early Childhood will be forth coming.
Thank you for being patient during this uncertain time.  We will continue to work together and get through this!
Please like and check our Face Book page each day for prayers. Information  and fun ideas for your family!
To achieve the 180 day required school year, students must sign in to their teachers attendance sheet every day that remote learning is in effect.  We still have some students that we have not heard from regularly.  You will be marked absent if you do not sign into attendance each day. This should be done in the morning at 8:30 but please make sure it is done by 2:45 pm each day.  Also, if a teacher is conducting a zoom meeting, students are required to attend the zoom meeting for class participation. Zoom meetings are not a choice.
As of May 1, 2020,I am saddened to announce that we must officially cancel our school Spring  Gala for the 2019-20 school year..  Please read Monday's newsletter and school messenger for further information.
I would like to thank our Home School Association board and all parents that worked on the Gala committee for their dedication to this fundraiser and for the hard work that they put into it.  I am looking forward to celebrating this event with all of you next Spring.
If you have any questions or need to discuss something with me, please email me at :
Thank you!  Stay safe , pray for our friends and family who are sick, and stay well!

You may email me at : if you have any questions.

Thank you so much for your cooperation. I pray everyone stays healthy and safe.
Kim Harrigan.

During Catholic School's Week, some of our students were asked..."What does the Blessed Mother mean to you....?" Check out this video from our students.
Visitation...the best school!
....As my study at Felician comes to an end, I have to say that Visitation Academy is the best school that I had ever been placed in as a student teacher. From the moment that I walked into the school, I felt I was welcomed by everyone, including the parents. This is exactly what happens in the Gospel when Mary visits her cousin, Elizabeth. From this perspective, I would say that the community of the Visitation Academy really lives up to its name.
